SYNLawn Kentucky is represented by Pat and Patrick Davidson of Aztec Flooring, Inc. This mother and son are excited about their partnership with SYNLawn and the ability to offer their customers the best in the artificial turf industry.
Patricia Davidson (Pat), with 10 years business experience in the local and corporate restaurant industry, made the decision to incorporate and purchase Aztec Flooring, Inc. with her husband, Fred Davidson, in 1985. Together and under Pat’s leadership they took a small carpet replacement business to a major commercial flooring resource. Over 35 years later, in 2020, Pat made the important decision for Aztec Flooring, Inc. and their customers to partner with SYNLawn. With decades of experience in the flooring industry and installing artificial turf, she knows this partnership gives her customers the best combination of products and service. Pat remains dedicated to her staff as well as her customers and clients, promoting education and consistency in customer service. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and her beloved pets and being outdoors, especially gardening, hiking, and kayaking.

Patrick Davidson joined Aztec Flooring, Inc. in 2015 as a Sales and Project Manager for all of our Sport Flooring and Construction Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Economics (2013) from Centre College where he was a member of the Varsity Golf Team. He’s installed countless artificial grass yards, but his background in golf gives him an exceptional edge when it comes to designing putting greens.
Patrick’s main interests outside of work are golf, books, all things outdoors, and a strong passion for travel, realized after a Centre abroad term studying volcanoes in New Zealand. Prior to Aztec Flooring, Inc., he worked at Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany as a civilian employee for the Department of Defense. In his two years working abroad, he traveled to 18 different countries on 3 continents.
